Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Regional Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key corporate within the Seattle territory, driving revenue for our hotel properties through strategic sales initiatives, relationship management, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned regional accounts, including corporate clients, travel managers, meeting planners, and third-party agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create customized proposals to meet client needs and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with hotel property teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts, client satisfaction, and service delivery.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and room night goals within the corporate segment.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, virtual meetings, and in-person client visits to maintain and grow account relationships.
  • Participate in tradeshows, networking events, client entertainment, and industry functions as needed to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Analyze account performance, trends, and market conditions to develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activity in the CRM system and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activity within the region and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel sales, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving revenue goals.
    • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market segments, and hotel distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required (approx. 25–50%).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
